Our repair capabilities are constantly expanding. On a daily basis our service techs add new products to our vast and ever-increasing list of repairable items. Our technical staff is continually evaluating the latest products introduced to the market for serviceability.

We recognize and understand the importance of keeping you informed of any changes in the status of your items being repaired. It is this continual communication that allows us to work together with you to guarantee that all of your repair needs are met in a timely manner. Our goal is to exceed your expectations. For this reason, we have developed a number of innovative and functional mechanisms to keep you informed of the progress of your repairs.

If for any reason, your repair is delayed due to the need for additional parts, documentation, or further evaluation, you will be contacted about the notification of the delay and given a new scheduled completion date for the repairs. If circuit card is unrepairable we reserve the right to refuse and or replace with an equal or better circuit card to ensure proper warranty and performance is maintained.

This 90 day warranty will not apply to items that fail due to misapplication, including, but not limited to, improper operation of another board not repaired by us, a board repaird  or sold by us used for a testing purpose,game wiring,shorting/improper connections/hacks,faulty connectors,shorted solenoids,storage, handling or installation; negligence, abnormal temperature, moisture, dirt or corrosive conditions; or an act of God. Warranty does not apply to  mechanical parts/wear tear, Electronic components  that are original and have failed after repairs, Original Display glass, and Coils and mechanical assembly's.Payment must be received in full before  repairs are performed on all services offered. Machine Sales:  If picking up, payment must be received in full  no cash pickups.

Payment can be made by Paypal, Certified Bank Money order Made out to Lennys Pinball World
payment must be received in full before services are performed. If payment is made by check please allow 7-10 business days for check to clear. PayPal Payments must be shipped to address provided with paypal account no exceptions. Returned checks, There will be a minimun 20.00 fee for each returned check to cover bank processing fees. If authorized there is a 30.00 restocking fee on all  un opened returned boards. Warranty claim must be within original warranty period no exceptions. Payment is due within 3 business days of invoice date on pinball machines.  All warranty service calls carry a 39.95 minimum service call fee.  Shipping of boards will be paid both ways by the customer.

Unauthorized in-field repair or tampering with repaired items will result in our warranty being voided immediately.

Packages are shipped USPS Mail
UPS for larger packages. Shipping insurance is additonal.  insurance is set to minimum parameters offered by shipping service.
Additonal insurance may requested at time of repair.



Some repair needs are more urgent than others ... and some are much more urgent than others! Therefore, we offer three different options to ensure you receive quality repairs in a timely manner. We view warranty repairs as serious business. We don't expect to see many of them, therefore, when we do, they become our top priority.
